光信号调控与叶绿体发育
林荣呈 研究员
1996年和1999年在华中农业大学分别获学士和硕士学位,2002年在中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位。2002年至2008年在美国康奈尔大学汤普森植物研究所进行博士后研究。2008年5月到中国科学院植物研究所工作,入选中科院人才计划,2013年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助。先后获中科院青年科学家奖、中国侨界创新人才贡献奖、有突出贡献中青年专家称号;入选国家百千万人才工程;享受国务院政府特殊津贴;荣获中科院优秀研究生指导教师、中国植物生理与植物分子生物学学会“中科三安光生物学杰出贡献奖”、中科院朱李月华优秀教师奖。兼任中国植物生理与分子生物学学会常务理事、光合作用专业委员会主任、中国植物学会编辑出版工作委员会及外事工作委员会副主任。任《生命世界》科普杂志主编、《植物学报》副主编、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology、Journal of Genetics and Genomics 和《植物生理学报》编委等职。在Science、PNAS、The Plant Cell、Nature Communications、Molecular Plant、New Phytologist等期刊发表论文70余篇。

研究方向: “万物生长靠太阳”。实验室致力于回答植物如何实现对太阳光的感知与应答的前沿科学问题。以拟南芥和水稻等为对象,运用植物生理学、遗传学、生物化学、分子生物学和组学等学科的理论与技术,通过挖掘关键因子,解析生化功能,揭示分子机理,构建信号调控网络,为认识植物生命规律及发展未来农业科技提供科学指导。研究方向包括: (1)植物光信号调控网络 (2)叶绿素合成途径的调控机制 (3)植物对强光的响应和适应机制
