林荣呈 研究员
1996年和1999年在华中农业大学分别获学士和硕士学位,2002年在中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位。2002年至2008年在美国康奈尔大学汤普森植物研究所进行博士后研究。2008年5月到中国科学院植物研究所工作。2014年获中国科学院青年科学家奖和第五届中国侨界创新人才贡献奖,2015年被评为中科院优博论文优秀指导教师。 现任植物所光生物学重点实验室副主任,植物所学术委员会委员,中国植物学会青年工作委员会副主任。 在Science、PNAS、Plant Cell、Nature Communications、Plant Physiology等期刊发表SCI收录论文30余篇。

研究方向: “万物生长靠太阳”。实验室致力于回答植物如何实现对太阳光的感知与应答的前沿科学问题。以拟南芥和水稻等为对象,运用植物生理学、遗传学、生物化学、分子生物学和组学等学科的理论与技术,通过挖掘关键因子,解析生化功能,揭示分子机理,构建信号调控网络,为认识植物生命规律及发展未来农业科技提供科学指导。研究方向包括: (1)植物光信号调控网络 (2)叶绿素合成途径的调控机制 (3)植物对强光的响应和适应机制
