叶绿体生物发生与调控
迟伟 研究员

197512月出生于山东日照市,中国科学院植物研究所研究员。20046月在中国科学院遗传与发育研究所获得发育生物学博士学位后进入中国科学院植物研究所光生物学重点实验室工作,历任助理研究员、副研究员,201312月起任研究员。主要研究方向为光合作用调控以及叶绿体发育。以通讯作者或者第一作者身份在PNASPlant Cell等学术刊物发表论文15篇,并承担农业部转基因专项、国家自然科学基金等多项科研任务。目前担任中国植物生理学会光合作用专业委员会委员,国家自然科学基金和浙江省自然科学基金通讯评审专家,教育部学位中心通讯评审专家。已培养(合作培养)研究生5名。

研究方向:叶绿体是绿色植物所特有的细胞器。它不仅是植物进行光合作用的场所,也是植物代谢和能量转化的核心枢纽。叶绿体的生物发生对高等植物的生长发育过程具有重要作用。我们的研究工作将致力于叶绿体生物发生分子机理的解析,并希望以此为契机深入了解光合作用的生理生化过程,从而为提高作物光能转化效率、开辟太阳能利用的新途径提供理论依据。我们的研究方向集中于以下三个个方面:(1) 叶绿体基因表达在叶绿体生物过程中的作用解析。 (2) 叶绿体调控植物发育过程的分子机理解析 (3) 叶绿体类囊体膜结构动态调节在植物高效光能利用中的作用解析。
