光合作用功能蛋白质组学
黄芳 研究员
1963年1月出生于甘肃酒泉市。1984年和1989年在兰州大学获学士和硕士学位。2003年在瑞典Stockholm University获博士学位。1992-1994年,在英国Horticultural Research International(HRI)进行访问研究。2003-2004年在瑞典Stockholm University做Research Fellow。任中科院植物研究所光合作用功能蛋白质组学创新研究组组长。《植物学报》责任编委。近年来,在PNAS、Plant Physiology、Molecular & Cellular Proteomics、Journal of Proteome Research、Proteomics、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology、International Journal of Hydrogen Energy、FEBS Journal、Microbiology等国际学术刊物发表论文数十余篇。培养具有硕士和博士学位的研究生十余名、博士后1名。

研究方向: 实验室针对光合作用及光合产氢的分子调控机理等重要科学问题,以模式生物莱茵衣藻和集胞藻为研究对象,运用蛋白质组学、光合生理学、生物化学、分子遗传学和细胞生物学等研究手段,挖掘重要基因和关键调节蛋白因子,解析作用方式,揭示分子调控机制,创建高产氢微藻材料。致力于培养微藻光生物学领域的基础研究人才,并为可再生清洁能源的开发和微藻资源利用提供新思路和新手段。研究方向包括: (1)绿藻光合作用及光合产氢的发生机制与调控 (2)蓝藻光合系统生物发生分子机制及调控 (3)光合微藻及羊草植物逆境适应机制
